CLI
Connected folders from the terminal
Register a Drive or SharePoint folder without leaving your shell. Linking the account itself happens in the app, because the consent screen needs a browser. Everything after that is two commands.
Find the account and the folder
engram connections list
engram connections browse <connection-id>
engram connections browse <connection-id> --parent <folder-id>
connections list gives you the connection id for each linked account.
connections browse walks one level at a time and prints the folder ids to pass along next. For
SharePoint the top level is your sites, and drilling into one lists its libraries and folders. For Google
Drive you only see folders somebody has already picked for Engram in the app, so an empty listing means
nothing has been shared yet.
Register the folder
engram sources add google-drive --corpus Sales \
--connection conn-123 --folder 1AbCdEf_gHiJkLmNoPqRsTuV --every 1h
engram sources add sharepoint --corpus Sales \
--connection conn-456 --library "item:b!abc123:01XYZ" --every 1d --mode mirror
--every takes a duration: 15m, 1h, 1d, or plain
minutes. Leave it off and the source only syncs when you ask. --mode mirror makes the document
base match the folder, deletions included; the default adds and updates only. For SharePoint,
--site on its own syncs that site's default library.
Sync, list and remove
After that, the usual commands work on a connected folder exactly as they do on a bucket:
engram sources list --corpus Sales
engram sync --corpus Sales --source <source-id> --wait
engram sync runs --corpus Sales
engram sources remove --corpus Sales --source <source-id>
engram sources setup is for S3 only. A connected folder has no role to create, so there is
no template to apply.
